We are delighted to announce that The Asfari Foundation will be partnering with the fantastic organisation MakeSense Lebanon, to deliver an innovative social entrepreneurship fellowship programme – TABADOL تبادل – bringing together individual social entrepreneurs and forward thinking civil society organisations to solve problems and challenges facing communities across the #Levant.

Fellowship Details:
Are you a Jordanian, Palestinian, Lebanese or Syrian founded organization operating in any of the 4 countries, eager to solve problems impacting the Levant region?
Are you a Jordanian, Lebanese, Palestinian or Syrian social entrepreneur looking for support? Tabadol is for you!
This 6-month fellowship program matches forward-thinking organizations with social entrepreneurs in order to solve problems innovatively.
With the support of a social entrepreneur, host organizations can learn more about the entrepreneurial mindset, get inspired, develop solutions to improve their processes and strengthen their sustainability. Fellow entrepreneurs, in turn, will receive a stipend as they develop solutions to problems they are passionate about while being supported by a host organization.
NB: Syrian applicants can be based anywhere, focused on working in the Levant region.

هل أنت منظمة أردنية، فلسطينية، لبنانية أو سورية، تعمل في أي من البلدان الأربع، حريصة على حل المشاكل التي تؤثر على منطقة المشرق العربي؟
هل أنت رائد(ة) أعمال إجتماعي من الأردن، لبنان، فلسطين أو سوريا، تبحث(ين) عن الدعم ؟
تبادل لك!
يهدف برنامج الزمالات هذا، الذي يستغرق ستة أشهر، إلى ربط منظمات التفكير التقدمي مع أصحاب وصاحبات المشاريع الاجتماعية من أجل حل المشاكل بطريقة ابتكارية.
بدعم من صاحب(ة) مشروع اجتماعي، يمكن للمنظمات المضيفة أن تتعلم المزيد عن ماهية ريادة الأعمال، وأن تضع حلولا لتحسين عملياتها وتعزيز استدامتها. وسيحصل الزملاء والزميلات بدورهم على منحة مالية شهرية وهم يضعون حلولا للمشاكل التي يتحمسون لها بينما تدعمهم المنظمة المضيفة.
ملحوظة: يمكن أن يكون مقر المنظمات المضيفة التي تضم مؤسسين سوريين في أي مكان، شرط أن يركز نطاق عملها على منطقة المشرق العربي.
